The candidates are allotted to the Regional Rural Banks as per the business need of the RRBs to the IBPS. The name of the candidates is allotted as per the merit list. The more marks, the chances are more to get the Regional Rural bank. (state wise for Officers in Scale I and Office Assistants (Multipurpose)), the spirit of Govt. Guidelines on reservation policy, administrative convenience, etc.
